Happy Canada Day everyone! Well, all my Canuck compatriots, anyway.
I’m not much of a patriot (we Canadians tend not to be), but I do tend to bake a cake on Canada Day in celebration of our nation’s birthday. Also, I’m excited because my family is visiting from Vancouver for a week.
